With the retained research option we work through a targeted list of companies you desire to draw talent from and we map out those firms. We deliver accurate information namely; role, email address, direct telephone line and mobile if possible. We utilize this intelligence to piece together a map across the appropriate sector.


 

Retained Research and Recruitment

This is our most effective solution, both in terms of Delivery and Value to our clients. Gradwell Evans offers a retained search methodology but reducing the initial cost to the client by only charging for Stage 1 Research up front, Stages 2 & 3 will only be charged when we achieve placement.

Search Structure:

  1. Research – GE compile name map of the market at fixed price paid in advance of project start date
  2. Target
    1. We approach candidates from research to assess suitability to your mandate
    2. Analyze and filter the long list down to a high caliber short-list of potential candidates
    3. Acquire relevant CVs and prescreen through interview
    4. Send through CV’s for selected candidates to you for interviewing
    5. We are proactive when preparing clients on interviews, conscious of the delicate nature of the process. We guide and shape the interview process using our professional skills and experience to develop relationships with prospective candidates. We carry out in depth assessments of their qualifications and expertise, utilizing our regional insights into different company cultures to judge their motivation and fit

3. Offer Process – We work in tandem with clients and candidates to negotiate the offer and start date of the new employee. Our ability to deliver is thanks to knowledge and experience of dealing the sensitivities of ‘offer management’ from mid level Vice President up to Managing Director. Often these senior hires come with complex structured packages in multiple currencies, factoring in options (vesting periods), retention tools, trigger dates and other complicated components. Key part of offer management is rapport and transparency and we have a total disclosure policy, our relationships are at the heart of our business and we treasure our ability to create positive outcomes for both parties.
